Latin-script languages only for now (others coming when we embed a multi-script font).

Sample khutbah outline — “The two pillars you forgot”

A 12-minute teaching outline imams can adapt for Ramadan, start-of-Hijri-year, or any community gathering. Covers Zakat, Faraid (inheritance), and Wasiyyah (will).

  1. Open with Qur'an 4:11–12 — the inheritance verses themselves. Note that they are among the most numerically specific verses in the Qur'an.
  2. Sahih al-Bukhari 2738 / Muslim 1627 — “It is not permissible for any Muslim who has something to bequeath to stay for two nights without having his will written.”
  3. Frame the gap: most of us calculate Zakat each Ramadan but do not know our heirs' shares and have no will. Both are obligations.
  4. The 1/3 cap on wasiyyah — explain why the Prophet (ﷺ) stopped Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas from giving away half his estate (Bukhari 2742).
  5. Practical step: invite the congregation to scan the poster QR. Show that all three tools are private and free.
  6. Close with du'ā for those who have departed without settling their affairs — and a reminder that sadaqah jariyah includes leaving a clear, scholar-verifiable estate behind.

This is a discussion outline, not a finished khutbah. Imams should verify all citations and adapt to local fiqh and the school of their community.
